I have been with DRS Housing Ltd since 2017 and i've also worked in other care homes before joining my present company, please see my CV for more information. I have worked in every of the service at DRS Housing, such as 673 Lordship Lane and 2-4 Baronnet Road.
I am a calm, focused and very reliable individual. I am passionate about my job and I have been doing this for over 20 years.
My main duties involved leading the team, administering medication, handling of the client money on a daily basis, the service petty cash, keeping and recording on the spreadsheet and book keeping ledger, updating service users support plan, arranging service users doctor’s appointment, putting risk assessment activity and reducing risk identified, supporting service users to build their own activity of their choice, driving, support in the community, domestic chores, support with personal care, the list goes o.
While working with people on Autistic spectrum and mental health clients, I have assisted them in a trained, professional and best possible way in order to achieve and meet their daily needs.
My mission is to continue the good work the company had put in place, support and work together with the manager and the rest of the team, also share my experience with my colleagues and to support and promote the service and every service users i have the privileged to work with.
